Job Summary: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, and help customers understand the products and services being offered by the company.Reports to: Customer Service Team Leader.ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES &middot; Handle inbound and outbound calls.&middot; Identify the needs of customers, provide accurate solutions, and give satisfactory answers to their queries, concerns, and complaints.&middot; Assist agents with payment confirmations, refunds, and disputes.&middot; Ensure to follow the customer service script provided by the company.&middot; Record details of (comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken).&middot; Complete call notes and reports as necessary and update them in the ticketing system.&middot; Handling and resolving customer complaints through Zendesk and Maqsam.&middot; Providing customers with information about the organization's services and products.REQUIREMENTS&middot; Fresh graduate or 1 Year of experience.&middot; Bachelor's degree.&middot; Excellent communication skills&middot; Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)&middot; Strong time management and multitasking abilitiesKey Competencies&middot; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills&middot; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks&middot; Ability to work independently&middot; Excellent administrative and organizational skills&middot; Computer literacy, (i.e. Microsoft Office).&middot; knowledge of how to use various platforms to handle customer requests.نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالراتب المدفوع: E&pound;٦٬٠٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهر

Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
