Full-time and part-time positions. We offer employee discounts, paid training and flexible scheduling.If you're passionate about hospitality and looking to grow with a company that values community, teamwork, and excellence, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!General Responsibilities:<ul><li>Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival whether in the restaurant or at the Delivery site.</li><li>Engage in friendly conversation as you take care of our guests needs.</li><li>Package all carry out orders to ensure 100% accuracy prior to leaving the restaurant.</li><li>Deliver catering and delivery orders in a timely manner.</li><li>Help maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for our team as well as our guests.</li><li>Delivery Drivers assist with answering phones, portioning and cleaning in between deliveries.</li></ul>The successful applicant will:<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.</li><li>Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.</li><li>Must possess a smartphone that includes navigation tools, and possess skills to read a map, and locate addresses within our delivery area.</li><li>Be able to reach, bend, stoop or lift to 40 pounds.</li><li>Be able to navigate steps and rough terrain, including multi-level buildings.</li><li>Be able to work in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Be personable, friendly, and outgoing.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Pay starts at $12 per hour + earn $2 per Delivery AND TAKE HOME ALL CASH TIPS DAILY!!!</li><li>Paid Weekly</li><li>Meal Discount for each shift; meal benefits at all 8 UHG locations!</li><li>20% Tuition Discount with Davenport University</li></ul>NoticeUccello&rsquo;s Hospitality Group does not discriminate in employment against persons based on age, color, disability, gender, gender identity/gender expression, genetic information, familial status, height, marital status, national origin, political persuasion, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, veteran status, or weight.
