Status:</b> Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
</div><div><b>Schedule:</b> Monday - Friday, 8:00 am &ndash; 4:00 pm, or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm</div><div><b>

What we&rsquo;re looking for:</b></div><ul><li>
18 years of age</li><li>
A valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Access to vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree or technical certification within a related area preferred</li><li>
6 months to 2 years of related experience required; 2+ years preferred</li><li>
Ability to communicate, read, write, and interpret English</li><li>
Demonstrated understanding of information systems with a specific preference for experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HCSIS, PROMISe, and billing systems
</li><li><i>Preferred</i> understanding of non-profit, human service program operations and billing requirements.</li><li><i>
Preferred</i> knowledge of the overall operational procedures of the Office of Developmental Programs, Office of Long Term Living, and the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
</li><li><i>Preferred</i> knowledge specific to the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and/or the aging population.</li></ul><div><b>
As a Specialist, Service and Claims Management, </b>you&rsquo;ll support UCP Central PA&rsquo;s mission by ensuring accurate billing, authorizations, and revenue cycle processes. You&rsquo;ll manage participant records, process claims, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with teams to support compliance and timely reimbursement, helping our programs deliver quality services to the individuals we serve.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You'll Do:</b></div><ul><li>
Provides administrative support for billing and the revenue cycle, including intake, claims, and collections to ensure timely reimbursement.</li><li>
Maintains accurate participant records and authorizations, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.</li><li>
Applies correct coding, submits claims, and resolves denials through follow-up and rebilling.</li><li>
Monitors billing activity, aged invoices, and changes that may impact reimbursement.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with ODP, OLTL, and OVR requirements through audits and quality checks.</li><li>
Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to gather information and resolve issues.</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality and supports staff training related to billing processes.</li></ul><div><b>
