We're hiring an <b>Operations Systems Specialist</b> to design, build, and maintain automation solutions and applications that drive efficiency across student and mentor operations. This role is critical to scaling our student and mentor services while ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery of learning programs.</p>

You'll work with tools like <b>Zapier</b> and <b>Retool, along with SQL, JS, and Python,</b> to automate manual workflows, reduce operational overhead, and maintain critical operations applications. Automation &amp; Workflow Optimization</b></p>

<li>Design and implement automation solutions to streamline and automate manual processes across operations.</li>
<li>Design, build, and maintain workflows using low-code platforms such as <b>Zapier</b> and <b>Retool</b>, as well as develop automations with <b>code-based tools</b> including JavaScript, SQL, and Python.</li>

You will be responsible for developing, managing, tracking, and ensuring success of our Societal Impact Programs.
