Join Udhyam Shiksha at a moment of rapid product and curriculum evolution. You&rsquo;ll own the storytelling, clarity and creative energy that connects classroom practice to teacher motivation, product adoption and measurable impact &mdash; shaping how thousands of young learners and their teachers experience entrepreneurial learning. This role blends curriculum communication, impact storytelling, product launch &amp; UX messaging, and high-impact brand campaigns. You will be the voice and creative engine for Udhyam Shiksha&rsquo;s curriculum, teacher engagement, impact reporting, product launches (including our AI chatbot), and Central MarCom campaigns. You&rsquo;ll translate curriculum quality into teacher-facing nudges and stories, turn impact data into persuasive narratives and dashboards, and partner with Product to create humane, responsible UX copy and launch comms. You&rsquo;ll lead ideation through execution: scripts, short videos, social, print, WhatsApp kits, dashboards, case-study decks and the Annual Impact Report.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key responsibilities</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Central MarCom &amp; Brand</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Lead quarterly 360&deg; marketing campaign concepting and execution to drive visibility and mission advocacy.</p></li><li><div>
Own content curation for the Central Annual Report; coordinate design &amp; approvals.</div></li><li><div>
Conceptualize, produce and disseminate brand videos and video bank assets.</div></li><li><div>
Keep brand collaterals (brochures, fact sheets, media kits, video banks) updated and brand-compliant.</div></li><li><div>
Build and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations to amplify Udhyam&rsquo;s mission.</div></li><li><p>
Support communications for key central events (concept content delivery).</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Curriculum &amp; Teacher Engagement</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Own communications for curriculum updates: coordinate with the agency to revise workbooks, manuals and trainer kits as curriculum evolves (messaging architecture / north-star integration).</p></li><li><div><br>
Develop the <b>Curriculum Communication Lens SOP</b> guiding module reviews (tone, readability, brand voice).</div></li><li><div>
Review all Grade 9 / 11 / 12 materials for tone, clarity and pedagogy-friendly language.</div></li><li><div>
Build a curriculum-aligned <b>visual library</b> (icons, reflection visuals, graphics).</div></li><li><div>
Design <b>10 high-quality teacher nudges</b> (short videos, poster sets, reflection cards) for classroom practice.</div></li><li><div>
Produce a monthly <b>Teacher Spotlight</b> series (short video + social + internal comms).</div></li><li><div>
Create a teacher facilitation communication kit (visuals + tone guide) for the curriculum team.</div></li><li><p>
Produce a &ldquo;<b>Quality Doing</b>&rdquo; visual &amp; story guide and document <b>20 strong classroom stories</b> showcasing high-quality practice.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Monitoring &amp; Evaluation &mdash; Impact Communications</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Co-develop the <b>Data Story Dissemination</b> pipeline for program teams.</p></li><li><div>
Write the <b>Impact Communication SOP</b> with sample dashboards and visualization templates.</div></li><li><div>
Build &amp; maintain a repository of key impact metrics and baseline visuals for Udhyam Shiksha.</div></li><li><div>
Design quarterly <b>Impact Snapshot</b> templates and launch visual posts that summarize data + story.</div></li><li><div>
Lead the Annual Impact Report content curation, narrative and design coordination.</div></li><li><div>
Curate <b>State Impact Summary Decks</b> for leadership and partners.</div></li><li><p>
Partner with product/ops on dashboard UX refreshes with a storytelling lens.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Product &amp; UX Communications</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Co-create the <b>MarCom &times; Product Communication Playbook</b> (tone, voice, messaging, visuals).</p></li><li><div>
Define <b>UX writing &amp; storytelling guidelines</b> for the AI chatbot, teacher dashboards and mobile apps.</div></li><li><div>
Review product journeys for clarity and user empathy; design in-product nudges, walkthroughs and explainer videos.</div></li><li><div>
Co-lead launch campaigns for new tools (AI chatbot, dashboards): campaign concept assets adoption kits (print + WhatsApp).</div></li><li><div>
Craft the <b>AI Bot Positioning Narrative</b> &mdash; why our AI is responsible, human and inclusive &mdash; and prepare internal comms toolkits (FAQs, ethical guardrails).</div></li><li><p>
Support Product with AI validation materials (sample copy, user stories and testimonials).</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Required experience &amp; qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>
6&ndash;8 years in marketing/communications (preferably 4+ years in education, EdTech, or NGO sector).</p></li><li><div>
Proven experience producing curriculum or teacher-facing content, product launch comms, and impact reports.</div></li><li><div>
Strong portfolio: written samples (long and short form), visual assets, videos, campaign case studies and at least two data-driven storytelling pieces (e.g., impact summaries, dashboards, report chapters).</div></li><li><p>
Degree in Communications / English / Journalism / Marketing / Design or equivalent.</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Must Have Skills</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Exceptional copywriting, story crafting, and editorial instincts</p></li><li><div>
Strong creative conceptualization, visual sense, ability to think out of the box and constantly challenge the status quo.</div></li><li><div>
Strong production management experience with design partners; Basic Canva experience would be an added advantage.</div></li><li><div>
Strong project management: brief creation, timelines, stakeholder management and quality checks.</div></li><li><div>
