Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Driver to join our team for daytime coverage. In this role, you will safely transport passengers and/or deliver items to assigned destinations. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and communicates well while providing respectful, supportive service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate company vehicles such as a cargo van, minivan, or similar vehicle</li><li>Transport passengers to their designated locations (ex: appointment rides, paratransit-style trips, shuttle-type routes as assigned)</li><li>Deliver goods and packages in a timely, careful manner (including medical deliveries when applicable)</li><li>Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle</li><li>Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly</li><li>Assist passengers with boarding/disembarking and securing belongings or mobility equipment when needed</li><li>Communicate clearly with passengers, customers, and team members</li><li>Navigate efficiently using GPS/maps and follow assigned routes/schedules</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Driving experience preferred (ex: delivery driver, van driver, courier, shuttle driver)</li><li>Strong reliability and punctuality</li><li>Ability to lift/carry items as needed</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Comfortable using GPS and following directions</li><li>Flexibility for occasional weekends/holidays if needed</li></ul>Preferred (But Not Required)<ul><li>CPR and HIPAA training/certification (preferred) &mdash; we will train the right candidate</li><li>Experience transporting passengers or working in healthcare-related services</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and include your availability for the 7:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM shift.Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Company car</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
