Position: ERP Functional Consultant Location: Bhiwadi Experience: 3 &ndash; 6 years Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central/NAV) and ERP implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Purchase, Sales, Finance, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules, with a solid understanding of ERP setups, business cycles (P2P, C2C, BOM routing), and functional processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).</li><li>Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design.</li><li>Configure ERP modules including General Ledger, Purchase, Sales, Payables, Receivables, Inventory, and Manufacturing.</li><li>Perform end-to-end testing of ERP configurations to ensure compliance with business requirements before go-live.</li><li>Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.</li><li>Deliver end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of ERP processes.</li><li>Manage ERP master data creation (Item, Vendor, Customer, Chart of Accounts, BOM, Routing, Location, etc.).</li><li>Support integration and customization requirements in collaboration with technical teams.</li><li>Monitor ERP performance, conduct periodic system maintenance, and implement improvements.</li><li>Provide IT support related to server configuration, software/hardware (printers, cameras, email server, OS).</li><li>Work directly with leadership teams to provide ERP-based insights and reporting for business decision-making.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC365/NAV) and ERP setups (P2P Cycle, C2C Cycle, BOM, Routing, etc.).</li><li>Experience in GST, TDS, TCS configuration, General Posting Setup, Dimensions, and Inventory Posting Setup.</li><li>Ability to manage ERP implementation projects end-to-end.</li><li>Good understanding of manufacturing processes and knowledge of inspection tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, Visual Inspection).</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Basic knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / Business Management or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of relevant ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).</li><li>Hands-on ERP implementation and support experience across multiple modules.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;328,685.59 - &#8377;667,605.41 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bhiwadi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>ERP systems: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
