 What You&rsquo;ll Do:

 Design
 
 social media creatives

 ads
 
 ,
 
 presentations
 
 ,
 
 brochures
 
 , and other digital and print assets for B2B clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in creating
 
 company profiles, pitch decks, and marketing collateral
 
 that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure
 
 visual consistency, proper alignment, spacing, and brand accuracy
 
 across all designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the design lead to iterate quickly and efficiently with
 
 minimal rounds of rework
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Adapt your design
 
 based on internal and client feedback
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Must-Haves:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 2+ years of graphic design experience
 
 in an agency or marketing environment (B2B work is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 attention to detail
 
 &mdash; spacing, alignment, and formatting must be second nature.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to
 
 receive and implement feedback
 
 with minimal supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good time management and ability to work across multiple projects.
 </li>

 Education Required:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in
 
 Fine Arts,
 
 
 Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts
 
 , or a related field.

 Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
