The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter, while also producing visually compelling content to engage our target audience. You should be passionate about digital trends, creative content, and able to analyze social media metrics to ensure growth and engagement.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Social Media Management:o Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.o Plan and schedule engaging, informative, and on-brand content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).o Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to foster community engagement and positive interactions.o Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader business goals and initiatives.&middot; Content Creation:o Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for social media posts, stories, and ads using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or Canva.o Create and edit short videos or animations for various social media platforms.o Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to produce fresh, visually appealing content.&middot; Campaign Management:o Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting, and optimizing for performance.o Track and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights).o Provide regular reports on metrics like engagement, growth, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.&middot; Branding and Consistency:o Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice across all platforms.o Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesion between social media and broader marketing campaigns.&middot; Innovation and Trends:o Stay updated with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and suggest new platforms or strategies to stay ahead of the curve.o Conduct competitive research and analyze competitor social media strategies.Requirements:&middot; 2-4 Years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or agency experience&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) from Tier-1 college&middot; Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.&middot; Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.&middot; Strong Command over English and Excellent verbal communication and Excellent written communication skills and an eye for visual design.&middot; In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their algorithms.&middot; Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).&middot; Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret metrics.&middot; Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation.&middot; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
