<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with organic farmers, FPOs, mandis, and suppliers for daily procurement.</li><li>Plan and forecast demand vs supply for fresh produce at store and warehouse level.</li><li>Oversee daily procurement, grading, sorting, and dispatch to ensure minimal spoilage.</li><li>Monitor price trends, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure organic quality standards are upheld.</li><li>Verify that all farmers and vendors hold valid organic farming certifications and update records regularly.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and store teams to achieve on-time delivery and freshness.</li><li>Maintain accurate purchase records, inward tracking, and vendor billing.</li><li>Collaborate with QA team for inspection protocols, shelf-life checks, and compliance with organic standards.</li><li>Track non-moving/slow stock to reduce wastage and recommend clearance or combo strategies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organic certification requirements and fair-trade practices.</li><li>Partner with marketing team to support seasonal campaigns and promotions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-Business, or Supply Chain Management.</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of experience in procurement of fruits &amp; vegetables (organic/FMCG/retail preferred).</li><li>Strong vendor management, negotiation, and networking skills.</li><li>Knowledge of perishables handling, cold chain, and farm procurement practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management tools, and reporting.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently to farms, mandis, and logistics hubs.</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Immediate joiners will be preferred.</li><li>Male candidates Preferred.</li><li>Must be ready to relocate as per company requirements.</li><li>Prior hands-on experience in purchasing fruits and vegetables is mandatory.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Video Editing &amp; Production</li><li>Edit and produce engaging videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Create reels, product videos, promotional campaigns, and event coverage content.</li><li>Add motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and background music.</li><li>Graphic Design</li><li>Design social media creatives, banners, and advertisements.</li><li>Create website graphics, landing page visuals, and promotional designs.</li><li>Design packaging labels, product stickers, and in-store branding materials.</li><li>Maintain brand identity across all design outputs.</li><li>Creative Direction &amp; Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns.</li><li>Suggest fresh, innovative design and video ideas to engage the audience.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of design and video assets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Video Editor &amp; Graphic Designer.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar).</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics &amp; animation is a plus.</li><li>Creativity with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
