The role demands strong sourcing skills, a deep understanding of seasonal availability, pricing dynamics, quality standards, and the ability to build and maintain farmer/vendor relationships. This is a critical role ensuring product freshness, cost efficiency, and zero wastage across Ueir&rsquo;s retail and online platforms.Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement &amp; Sourcing<ul><li>Source fresh fruits and vegetables directly from farmers, FPOs, and wholesale markets</li><li>Identify new farmer clusters and organic-certified growers for long-term partnerships</li><li>Ensure daily and weekly procurement planning based on sales demand forecasts</li><li>Negotiate rates and fix daily/weekly price lists based on market trends and margins</li></ul>2. Quality Control &amp; Standards<ul><li>Ensure strict quality checks during inwarding at the procurement point</li><li>Maintain freshness, hygiene, and organic compliance at all stages</li><li>Work with farm team to guide farmers on Ueir&rsquo;s quality protocols</li></ul>3. Inventory &amp; Logistics Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams to ensure timely inwarding and distribution</li><li>Minimize wastage and overstocking through optimal procurement planning</li><li>Monitor cold chain logistics, vehicle movement, and last-mile delivery to stores</li></ul>4. Vendor &amp; Farmer Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and sustain strong relationships with key farmer groups, mandis, and aggregators</li><li>Set clear expectations and payment timelines with all vendors</li><li>Track and resolve grievances from vendor/farmer side, if any</li></ul>5. Price Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor mandi prices daily and adjust purchase strategy accordingly</li><li>Maintain purchase MIS reports, cost sheets, and savings reports</li><li>Collaborate with accounts team for timely invoice processing and settlements</li></ul>Key Requirements Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Supply Chain, or related fields</li><li>Diploma in Agri-Marketing or Retail Management is a plus</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>4&ndash;8 years in fruits &amp; vegetables procurement</li><li>Experience in sourcing from farmgate/mandis and managing cold chain logistics is a must</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Deep knowledge of seasonal produce, regional varieties, and mandi pricing</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills</li><li>High coordination ability with field team, store operations, and logistics</li><li>Working knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp/SaaS-based procurement tools</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively to farms and procurement centers</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Video Editing &amp; Production</li><li>Edit and produce engaging videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Create reels, product videos, promotional campaigns, and event coverage content.</li><li>Add motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and background music.</li><li>Graphic Design</li><li>Design social media creatives, banners, and advertisements.</li><li>Create website graphics, landing page visuals, and promotional designs.</li><li>Design packaging labels, product stickers, and in-store branding materials.</li><li>Maintain brand identity across all design outputs.</li><li>Creative Direction &amp; Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns.</li><li>Suggest fresh, innovative design and video ideas to engage the audience.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of design and video assets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Video Editor &amp; Graphic Designer.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar).</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics &amp; animation is a plus.</li><li>Creativity with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
