We are hiring a ReactJS / Next.js Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and optimising modern web applications. You should be someone who thrives in solving real-world problems, can work independently, and knows how to use tools like ChatGPT or Cursor AI to accelerate execution.</p><p></p><div><div><div><p><br>
Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>
Build and maintain high-performance, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS and Next.js.</p></li><li><p>
Optimize Next.js projects for performance, including code splitting, lazy loading, image</p><p>
optimization, and initial page load speed.</p></li><li><p>
Work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code</p><p>
using Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.</p></li><li><p>
Manage application state using Zustand (preferred) or Redux, and integrate with APIs using React</p><p>
Query.</p></li><li><p>
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.</p></li><li><p>
Improve technical SEO aspects such as structured data, meta tags, and server-side rendering</p><p>
(SSR).</p></li><li><p>
Use monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Lighthouse) to debug and fix issues in ReactJS / Next.js</p><p>
applications.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality</p><p>
features on time.</p></li><li><p>
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor AI, etc.) to automate routine dev tasks, generate boilerplate,</p><p>
debug issues faster, and speed up delivery cycles.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><br>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</div><div><div><div><div><ul><li><p><br>
3+ years of experience in frontend development with ReactJS and/or Next.js.</p></li><li><p>
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js.</p></li><li><p>
Hands-on experience with React Query, Zustand (or any modern state management library).</p></li><li><p>
Good understanding of Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.</p></li><li><p>
Solid experience in performance op?misa?on of web apps &ndash; speed, lighthouse scores, bundle size</p><p>
reduction.</p></li><li><p>
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices in web development.</p></li><li><p>
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment tools (Vercel, Netlify, or similar).</p></li><li><p>
Ability to debug, trace, and resolve issues in production environments. Analytical thinking and</p><p>
problem-solving mindset.</p></li><li><p>
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.</p></li></ul><div><div><div>
Preferred Qualifications</div><div></div><div><div><div><div><ul><li><p><br>
Prior experience with building web apps for high-traffic or customer-facing pladorms.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) , static site generation (SSG) and Incremental Static</p><p>
Generation (ISR).</p></li><li><p>
Exposure to web accessibility (a11y) and progressive web apps (PWA).</p></li><li><p>
Experience in unit testing / integration testing with tools like Jest, React Testing Library.</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p>
