As a Graphic Designer at uEngage, you&rsquo;ll craft visuals that captivate, communicate, and connect &mdash; across digital and print media. From social media creatives to app visuals, from presentations to merchandise, your designs will shape how our brand is seen and experienced.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Design Magic: Create eye-catching visuals for social media campaigns, marketing collaterals, app screens, presentations, merchandise, and more.</li><li>App &amp; UI Assets: Support our product and app design teams by creating intuitive and appealing UI assets that ensure seamless brand consistency.</li><li>Visual Storytelling: Design short-form videos, GIFs, and reels that bring stories and campaigns to life.</li><li>Brand Custodian: Maintain and evolve brand design guidelines to ensure consistency across every touchpoint &mdash; online and offline.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.</li><li>Continuous Growth: Explore animation and motion design to take your creativity to the next level.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience (or a strong portfolio) showcasing creativity across digital and print formats.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva (bonus points for After Effects or motion tools).</li><li>Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software.</li><li>A sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, and color.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with quality.</li><li>Hunger to learn, experiment, and push creative boundaries.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)<ul><li>Experience designing for apps or digital products.</li><li>Understanding of UI/UX workflows.</li><li>Knowledge of print design (merchandise, packaging, marketing materials).</li></ul>Why Join uEngage?At uEngage, you&rsquo;ll be part of a fast-growing, creative environment where your ideas matter.
