 The position is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reporting service quality standards across Customer Care functions, including scorecards, OLA reports, mystery shopping, dashboards, and NPS evaluations. It also ensures centralized communication, cross-departmental coordination, and ISO 9001 compliance, while independently driving quality improvement initiatives with minimal supervision.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

 Design, roll out, and coordinate monthly and quarterly mystery shopping surveys, prepare reports and dashboards with vendor support, and share insights with management and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the centralized QAU helpdesk for timely communication, circulation of Management Information Bulletins (MIBs), and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely preparation and circulation of Operational Level Agreement (OLA) reports with relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the timely rollout of service quality scorecards to track and improve performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop analytical reports and dashboards on CSAT, NPS, and other metrics as per organizational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to ISO compliance standards in all quality assurance processes.
 </li>

 The position is responsible for managing end-to-end RFP, bidding, and procurement activities for products and services, including evaluation of technical and commercial proposals as per defined criteria. It also handles SAP PO creation, contract initiation, and processing of cases for management approval in line with the Delegation of Power (DOP).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Ensure strict compliance with JPM and DoP guidelines by completing all RFP and RFQ activities within defined timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified vendors across regions and categories for seamless procurement cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare comparative statements within three working days and conduct analytical price reviews, followed by CFA preparation within one working day after RPC approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit PSR, open PO/PR reports, and procurement cycle updates to SM Regional Procurement North-I by the 6th of every month.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share weekly open RFP/RFQ and activity reports with SM Regional Procurement North-I by the second working day of each week.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conclude contract renewals&mdash;via frame agreement renewals or new RFP processes&mdash;at least three months before expiry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Distribute work among contracted vendors according to approved award strategies or ensure fair allocation where no strategy exists.
 </li>
 <li>
 Secure DoP approvals and create SAP POs within three working days, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured as per JPM requirements.
 </li>
