What You&rsquo;ll Experience</b></h3><p>
During your internship, you&rsquo;ll rotate through and contribute to key areas of our engineering process, including:</p><ul><li><b>
Customer Interaction</b> &ndash; Understand client needs and how they drive design.</li><li><b>
Program Management</b> &ndash; See how complex projects are planned and executed.</li><li><b>
Design &amp; Fabrication</b> &ndash; Turn ideas into functional prototypes.</li><li><b>
Measurement &amp; Analysis</b> &ndash; Learn to test and evaluate performance.</li><li><b>
Problem Solving</b> &ndash; Apply your engineering skills to real manufacturing challenges.</li></ul><p>
You&rsquo;ll also work closely with a mentor to set meaningful goals, participate in product and process design discussions, and contribute to technical reports, data collection, and process improvements.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Schedule:</b> Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li><b>
Location:</b> On-site in Grand Rapid, MI (no housing or transportation provided; local candidates within 45 minutes preferred)</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3><ul><li>
Currently pursuing a <b>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering</b> from an accredited university.</li><li>
Familiarity with <b>CAD software</b> (SolidWorks preferred).</li><li>
Strong computer skills, including <b>Word and Excel</b>.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Detail-oriented and eager to learn.</li><li>
Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus.</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
