Job SummaryThe Senior HR Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization&rsquo;s human capital strategy. This position is responsible for driving initiatives across training and development, employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, and core HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for cultivating a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining &amp; DevelopmentDesign and implement learning and development programs aligned with business goalsConduct training needs analysis and coordinate internal/external training sessionsMonitor training effectiveness and ROI through feedback and performance metricsSupport leadership development and succession planning initiativesEmployee EngagementDevelop and execute employee engagement strategies to boost morale and retentionOrganize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiativesAnalyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to recommend improvementsFoster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvementStrategic HR PlanningCollaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectivesForecast workforce needs and support talent acquisition planningContribute to organizational design, change management, and HR analyticsLead HR projects that support long-term business growthCore HR FunctionsOversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and offboardingEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standardsMaintain and update HRIS systems and employee recordsSupport compensation and benefits administration in coordination with financePerformance ManagementLead the design and execution of performance appraisal systems and processesSupport managers in setting SMART goals and providing continuous feedbackFacilitate performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and development planningIdentify high-potential talent and support succession planning effortsUse performance data to inform training, promotions, and workforce decisionsQualifications &amp; SkillsBachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a strategic or senior roleStrong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational developmentExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office SuiteWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA dynamic and inclusive work environmentThe chance to make a meaningful impact on organizational cultureJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
