Job Summary:</p><br>

<p>The Service Coordinator will be responsible for the daily dispatch and optimization of the Service Technicians. The SC will work closely with District Operations to ensure efficient utilization of the technician&rsquo;s time while meeting customer expectations. The service coordinator will partner with the customer experience team and field operations to ensure that service revenue targets are met. Subject Matter expert for all utilization tools and dashboards associated with this function</p><br>

</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Build efficient service schedules for technicians in supported locations while adhering to the service standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Partner with customer experience team to ensure appropriate jobs and fees are quoted consistently to customers to meet service revenue targets.</li>
<li>Emergency dispatching &ndash; Coordinate ETA with Drivers/Service Technicians and Customers</li>
<li>Work with District Operations to incorporate local knowledge to increase scheduling optimization</li>
<li>Reschedule any required work from the previous day and change or make additions to the schedule as needed due to varying conditions</li>
<li>Review district dashboard and service health check daily &ndash; identify aging open service orders, upcoming PFI, and recertification&rsquo;s and ensure work is scheduled.</li>
<li>Lead weekly District Service Planner meetings with district management. Make recommendations to maximize staffing, delivery, and service efficiencies.</li>
<li>Work with District Operations to prioritize, schedule or eliminate aging open work orders</li>
<li>Work with District Operations to ensure data collation and service work is posted daily</li>
<li>Follow up on work that remains outstanding in service order pool and in CRM</li>
Partner with Delivery Coordinator to ensure timely response for emergencies and execution of service and delivery related tasks as necessary<br>

Job Summary-</p>
<p>
Manage, direct and schedule field service and dispatching group activity through effective real-time and future scheduling to ensure safe operations, maximum margin and superior customer and area satisfaction. Provide leadership to the Central Dispatching group by acting as a liaison between area operations and the Dispatching group.</p><br>

Duties and Responsibilities-</p>
<ul>
<li>Schedule field service activity in advance for UGI-GD/ED resources. Manage workload based on historical precedent, seasonal priorities, and operational preferences. Load level workload for area resources</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate resource assignments with area personnel. Implement plans based on company policy, compliance base, supervisory input, volume and priority of work, and potential gains in efficiency. Manage appointment booking system to ensure field work is manageable and appointment commitments are met.</li>
<li>Act as a positive influence on the rest of the team. Provide assistance to others when needed, volunteer for special projects and assignments, and provide gap coverage when scheduled dispatch staffing is inadequate. Communicate with area operations supervision to ensure adequate field resources are provided to complete all field work.</li>
<li>Generate daily route sheets for all areas scheduled. This includes all information pertaining to contact info, vehicle information, qualification information, and area working is accurate and up to date. Assist dispatchers with items related to answering phones, sending same-day orders to Mobile Dispatch, and verifying field resource information is accurate with operations supervision.</li></ul><br>

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities-</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong supervisory and internal and external customer contact skills</li>
<li>Requires a high degree of quick independent judgement and leadership in directing field activity and responding to high-priority incidents</li>
<li>Ability to plan and adjust quickly based on changing weather, customer needs and available manpower and other dynamics while maintaining focus on public and employee safety</li>
<li>Ability to effectively schedule and direct area personnel in remote locations under stressful conditions</li>
