 role is an onsite position. This is a client direct hire position.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Manufacturing Engineer Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with production and operations teams to analyze workflow, material flow, and quality data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support continuous improvement efforts through data analysis, observation, and hands-on engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and work instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical support to shop floor personnel, including troubleshooting process or equipment issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products, equipment, or processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support capital project planning, equipment upgrades, and layout changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation for processes, improvements, and training as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other related duties as assigned.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to spend time on the shop floor to understand processes firsthand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Google Suite experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn the business.
 </li>
