Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive a company-provided van to deliver products to various locations within assigned routes.</li><li>Utilize manual driving skills efficiently and safely while adhering to traffic rules and regulations.</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service.</li><li>Conduct sales activities, such as taking orders, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Responsible for merchandising products on shelves and displays to enhance their visibility and appeal.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock rotation to maintain product freshness.</li><li>Gather feedback and insights from customers to provide valuable input for product improvement and market trends.</li><li>Keep accurate records of sales, deliveries, and expenses for reporting purposes.</li><li>Uphold company standards for product quality, cleanliness, and presentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Van Salesman with a valid MANUAL driver's license.</li><li>With experience in delivery at petrol stations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.</li><li>Strong merchandising skills to enhance product visibility and maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Attentive to detail to ensure accurate order processing and maintain product quality.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets efficiently.</li><li>Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy loads as required.</li><li>A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED3,500.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>MANUAL driver's license (Required)</li></ul>
