We&rsquo;re looking for a dynamic Van Sales Supervisor to join our growing FMCG team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced field environments, with a proven record of driving sales performance, merchandising excellence, and team motivation.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Supervise and lead a team of Van Sales Representatives and Merchandisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.&middot; Monitor stock levels, ensure product availability, and manage route efficiency.&middot; Implement visual merchandising standards, planograms, and promotional executions in all outlets.&middot; Review sales performance data, prepare daily/weekly reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.&middot; Ensure strict adherence to company sales policies, credit limits, and collection procedures.&middot; Train, coach, and evaluate field teams to enhance productivity and performance.&middot; Conduct regular market visits to monitor distribution, pricing, and competitor activities.&middot; Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Supply Chain for order accuracy, delivery timelines, and route optimization.Requirements:&middot; Proficient in English communication (spoken and written).&middot; Minimum 2 years of experience as a Van Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry.&middot; Strong reporting and analytical skills &mdash; proficiency in Excel and sales dashboards is a must.&middot; Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.&middot; Valid UAE driving license.&middot; Experience in the Tobacco Division or related product categories is a strong advantage.If you&rsquo;re a results-driven leader ready to make an impact, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Van Sales Driver: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
