<ul><li><div>Negotiation of contracts, MOUs, NDAs and other legal documentation with the external counterparties from legal and internal process perspective for its closure and help the business teams in execution of the same.</div>
</li><li><div>Ensure delivery of legal advice relating to the business operations and also in framing/ review of policies and process.</div>
</li><li><div>Maintaining track of pending assignments with Corporate Legal Team and presenting data, details etc. related to same to Chief Legal Officer as and when required.</div><br>

<ul><li><p>Adhere to timelines in reviewing and vetting all official communications &amp; documentations such as contracts, agreements and settlements.</p>
</li><li><p>Monitoring the executed agreements to ensure guidelines are being followed, stamping is proper, signatures of authorized signatory is there etc.</p><br>
