Maintenance Technician &ndash; UK Nationwide LtdWe are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our hotel in good condition.Duties:<ul><li>Carry out general maintenance in guest rooms and public areas</li><li>Fix basic issues (plumbing, electrical, lighting, appliances)</li><li>Respond to maintenance requests quickly</li><li>Complete routine checks and repairs</li><li>Assist with painting and general upkeep</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred)</li><li>Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li><li>Able to work independently</li><li>Flexible to work weekends if required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &pound;12.71-&pound;13.50 per hourWork Location: In person
