In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business opportunities with roofing contractors, builders, architects, and distributors. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in the construction or building materials industry. If you are a self-starter who thrives on the challenge of closing deals and exceeding targets, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel throughout the assigned territory to meet with prospective and current customers, including roofing contractors, home builders, and architectural firms.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our market share in the roof tile industry.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through job site visits, industry events, networking, and developing relationships with key players in the construction sector.Present, promote, and sell our range of roof tiles, providing technical information, product samples, and compelling arguments to prospective clients.Conduct on-site assessments and measurements to provide accurate quotes and product recommendations.Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Coordinate sales efforts with our internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.Analyze the territory/market&rsquo;s potential, track sales, and provide regular status reports.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices, new construction trends, and developments in roofing technology.Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.Qualifications and SkillsArabic speaking is Mandatory. ( Because you will be dealing with locals)Minimum 2 years UAE work experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative, preferably in the building materials, construction, or roofing industry.A track record of over-achieving sales quotas.Knowledge of roofing products and the construction process is highly desirable.Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in B2B sales.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs, from contractors to architects.Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Must have a valid UAE driver's license.BenefitsBasic Salary starting from AED 2500-3000 plus very attractive Commission.Company-provided: Accommodation, visa, car, and health insurance.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)Language:Arabic Natively (Required) English SpeakingLicense/Certification:Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Outdoor Sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic &amp; English?
