Duties &amp; Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Support:<br>
<ul><li>Provide advanced technical support/troubleshooting to clients via cases/tickets and quickly engaging clients (Phone, Screenshare, and/or Chat)</li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to our HCM software, in a timely, accurate, and empathetic fashion.</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or development teams, as necessary.</li><li>Advance knowledge and add value by becoming proficient in multiple UKG product disciplines</li><li>Participate in on-call rotations to support critical client needs &ldquo;after hours&rdquo; (2-5 times a year) Client Interaction:

Basic Qualifications:

<ul><li>4+ years of experience in a service and/or technical support role, preferably in the HCM SaaS sector.</li><li>Extensive experience processing and/or supporting Payroll/HR/Time tasks, systems, and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Leadership:<br>

Minimum Required Qualifications:<br>

Role Overview: As a Sr. Services Project Manager at UKG, you will be pivotal in delivering superior workforce management solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:<br>
<ul><li>Act as Primary liaison between the Vertical Program Managers, Regional Consultants, and Technical Build Teams for all implementation-related tasks for the Technical Shared Services teams</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in all facets of the Project management lifecycle, including but not limited to, requirements gathering, staff management, budget management, issue and risk mitigation, and status reporting.</li><li>Act as a &lsquo;People Developer&rsquo; or &lsquo;mentor&rsquo; to internal colleagues. Qualifications:<br>
<ul><li>Good Technical Project Management work experience having managed packaged applications across the entire implementation lifecycle in either ERP, CRM, or HRMS for Global customers.</li><li>Overall 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise-level project deployments (multi-work stream) is required.</li><li>Proven track record in leading technical projects in a shared services model</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of the project team externally (customer) and internally (technical delivery team).</li><li>Comfortable presenting to large and diverse audiences, including C Level executives</li><li>Strong experience scheduling, and preparing presentations and status reports.</li><li>Superb written and oral communication skills required.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple tasks ranging from project management to coaching other team members.</li><li>Well-versed with MS Office applications including MS Project, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Visio</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% based on project needs</li><li>Broad knowledge of labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain products/systems is strongly preferred</li></ul>

Qualifications &amp; Experience<br>
<ul><li>B.Com, B.SC, BCS, BCA, MCA and B. Tech graduates preferred or equivalent in to other academic qualifications.</li><li>2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HCM system implementation (Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar platforms).</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of US/Canada HR, Payroll, GL and Benefits.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in HCM configuration, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Solid problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.</li><li>Effective communication and client interaction abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel.</li></ul></div><p><br>

The IT organization is seeking to add a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with specific focus on Quote-to-Cash. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with quote-to-cash processes processes and the Salesforce platform. The business analyst must balance strong written and verbal communication skills will system expertise and best practices. As key member of the dedicated GTM Systems Team, the Business Systems Analyst will have the following responsibilities: &middot; Support existing Quote-to-Cash solutions (and related applications), working on production support, trouble-shooting issues, and implementing small to medium enhancements. Contribute to large strategic projects and/or new solutions in the GTM and Quote-to-Cash space. &middot; Build and maintain relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders, analyzing and understanding business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, cross-functional needs and system capabilities &middot; Employ a variety of approaches to collecting and documenting business, functional and user requirements such as leading workshops, writing use cases, creating context diagrams, performing stakeholder analysis, etc &middot; Design and implement Salesforce-based solutions to meet or exceed business requirements, adhering to best practices and solutions design standards, with an emphasis on maximizing out-of-the-box solutions &middot; Collaborate regularly with other Business Systems Analysts and Application Solution Consultants on cross-functional requests and solutions &middot; Collaborate regularly with Technical leads, Salesforce developers, and integration developers on functional requirements to implement custom extensions or application integrations to satisfy business requirements when needed &middot; Support Project Managers planning, execution and management of project deliverables and risks &middot; Work closely with QA analysts and may perform functional, regression, unit, functional and user acceptance testing REQUIREMENTS: &middot; Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis &middot; 3+ years of global Quote-to-Cash solutions experience including billing, approvals, bundling, compensation, discounting, products, pricing, etc. &middot; 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience including CPQ and Salesforce Administrator certification required &middot; Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders &middot; Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail &middot; Excellent written and verbal skills &middot; Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally. &middot; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus &middot; Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool is a plus.</p><br>
