<div><b>Basic Qualifications</b>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or bootcamp equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in a technical role within the software industry, with exposure to Agile methodologies and project/program management.
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions.
</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work a hybrid schedule (three or more days per week in the office).</li></ul></div>

The Public Sector vertical is full of talented, collaborative team members that work closely to align customer and prospect goals with our amazing products. This person will be tasked with maximizing sales revenue and exceeding annual profitability goals for UKG&rsquo;s Public Sector SMB Sales team.

This Sales Executive will be focused on selling into named public sector city and county accounts with a hunter focus on net new logos seeking to transform their HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Scheduling processes using UKG HCM SaaS deployments. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customer/prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their business objectives.

<b>Primary Responsibilities:</b>

<p>UKG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our Data Platform team. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a deep understanding of Data Warehouse, Near-real time analytics, CDC Eventing Platform and a passion for implementing highly scalable solutions that meet our customers' business needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record designing and implementing cloud solutions that support large-scale data operations. They will also have a collaborative attitude, and a strong desire to strive for development standards and efficiencies. <p><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><b>:</b></p>
<ul><li>Provide technical leadership and support to UKG Data Platform engineering teams</li>
<li>Develop and maintain data systems, including but not limited to components for data flow, data storage, data retrieval, communication protocols, security, deployment processes, observability and integration points for high-volume data storage and retrieval across disparate systems.</li>
<li>Evaluate and choose appropriate programming languages, frameworks, databases, and other technologies based on project needs</li>

 <li>Experience designing security-first data pipelines with privacy-preserving transformations.</li>
 <li>Ability to break ambiguous problems into structured designs and actionable plans.</li>
 <li>Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams.</li>
 <li>Strong experience integrating data-science workflows or ML/analytical models into production systems.</li>
 <li>Strong exposure for highly reliable, scalable, secure, and decoupled solution</li>
