 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Translate product strategy into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is refined, estimated, and ready for development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with development, UX, QA/UAT, and Scrum Master to plan and execute sprints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure clarity of requirements, edge cases, dependencies, and functional behavior.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate delivered work meets requirements through UAT and demos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the day-to-day decision maker for the agile team during development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure releases are documented, tested, and ready, with supporting content and communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously improve performance and reduce friction.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or delivery-focused role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of agile practices and backlog management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to collaborate with engineering and UX teams
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and commitment to quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Web analytics (GA4), tag management, dashboards (Power BI/Looker)
 </li>
 <li>
 CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, WordPress, Drupal) and publishing workflows
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
