 Qualifications and Requirements

 litigation and enforcement proceedings
 
 </li>

 Strong&nbsp;transactional work capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Result-oriented, with excellent&nbsp;teamwork and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated&nbsp;superior legal judgment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong&nbsp;client relationship management&nbsp;abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 English and/or German
 
 </li>
