 What will be your key deliverables?
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Studying formulation of new and existing products to develop affordable, profitable, healthy, safe and delicious products;
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing products bringing target financials , chooses correct ingredients at the correct price, at the targeted quality and safety;
 </li>
 <li>
 Checks group specifications and apply the best practices and research continuously;
 </li>
 <li>
 Identification and research of new product needs in the market;
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of R&amp;D Project Prosess;
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop products inline with regulations &amp; global recommendations;
 </li>
 <li>
 Determination of process and raw material standards of new products;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the cost and quality optimization of manufactured products;
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up innovations and improvements in industry and making required analysis to support R&amp;D activities.

 What do you need for this role?
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduated from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year of experience in food production,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written skills in English;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in R&amp;D department, preferably in food companies (chocolate products, souce and creams) is prefered;
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of MS office programs, preferably good knowledge of SAP;
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding needs of the market &amp; customer;
 </li>
 <li>
 A clear strategic mindset that turns consumer understanding and market research findings into short or long-term strategy and actions;
 </li>
 <li>
 Good project management skills to deliver projects on time and at good quality;
 </li>
 <li>
 Good Interpersonal skills.

 Develops, designs, prepares and leads industrial scientific based research projects for biscuit, cake, categories especially cereals categories and new business opportunities.

 Establishes partnerships with universities, research institutes, and category R&amp;D teams to expand pladis technical capabilities and to escalate resources as needed to minimize resource shortages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages open innovation projects performing by universities, research institutes and business partners.

 Develops project scope, budgets, timelines and project status reports of scientific research and innovation projects.

 Search for new opportunities of proven science and novel technologies to transfer the existing lines.

 Ensuring that sales and revenue targets are realized within the budgets determined for customers and categories under responsibility

 Managing sales policies (correct product, price and activity, etc.) determined for the customers and categories under responsibility
