 Planning Engineer/Specialist
 
 for our
 
 Supply Chain Department for pladis TURCA &Uuml;lker Bisk&uuml;vi Silivri Factory.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Deliverables
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create production plans aligned with production capacity and customer demand
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze stock levels and perform material requirements planning (MRP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and quality teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and improve lead times
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report production performance indicators (KPIs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain planning records in SAP/ERP systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze scrap, efficiency, and capacity utilization rates
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What Do You Need for This Role?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related engineering fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 1-3 years of experience
 
 in production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), or inventory management
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP systems (especially SAP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably experience in a manufacturing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Discipline in planning and reporting processes
 </li>
