Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and employee inquiries.</li><li>Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data, leaves, and attendance records.</li><li>Help manage employee engagement initiatives, including training sessions, team-building activities, and wellness programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.</li><li>Assist in handling employee relations issues, responding to inquiries, and escalating concerns as needed.</li><li>Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and contribute to process improvements.</li><li>Stay up to date with HR trends, legal changes, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in an HR role.</li><li>Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with Paychex Flex platforms.</li><li>PIP, VW, WW EDD employment laws</li></ul>If you are passionate about human resources and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our growing team!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 30 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Security clearance:<ul><li>Confidential (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Corona, CA 92883 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Corona, CA 92883: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
