Kitchen and Laundry Equipment (KLE) TechnicianJob PurposePerforms repairs and maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure that they are in good working condition.Key Relationships&middot; Help Desk&middot; FM Manager and Supervisor&middot; Building Supervisor&middot; Technicians&middot; Client / Tenant&middot; Any other individuals/departments within the company required to support the site contract.External:&middot; Management of the Subcontractors/Suppliers operating on behalf of Mirage PFM as required.Accountabilities&middot; To ensure that kitchen and laundry equipment are in good working condition&middot; To perform repairs and replacement of kitchen, laundry appliances and other electronic devices (i.e. TVs, etc.).&middot; To recommend to the FM Supervisor if the equipment is beyond repair and needs replacement or repair.Duties and Responsibilities&middot; Perform kitchen and laundry appliances repairs and maintenance.&middot; Ensure that small equipment and appliances are serviced/cleaned regularly and in good condition.&middot; Ensure that equipment serves its useful life and extend lifecycle where possible on spare-parts availability.&middot; Respond to client complaints / requests promptly and courteously and resolve any faults at the shortest possible time.&middot; Attend to the commissioning of new kitchen and laundry equipment installations if required.&middot; Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned time to time based on business requirements.Skills&middot; Knowledge and ability to repair appliances and electronic devices.&middot; Thorough knowledge of related field.&middot; Effective communication skills.&middot; Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures.Language:&middot; EnglishEducation &amp; Qualifications&middot; Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Maintenance EngineeringExperience&middot; Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in appliances maintenanceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person

Kitchen & Laundry Equipment Technician

Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Conducting effective market research; competitive intelligence, identifying market gaps.</li><li>Develop and optimize marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition;</li><li>Organizing public relations events or product exhibitions</li><li>Develop and manage content for Social Networks and Blog Sites</li><li>Drive revenue conversion from leads of the company website and social media.</li><li>Implement, analyse, and optimize organic and paid search engine marketing activities;</li><li>Implement and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and customers;</li><li>Analyse and provide weekly &amp; monthly digital marketing, sales metrics and lead status reports for both sales and marketing</li><li>Copywriting and ensuring high quality of all marketing collateral.</li><li>Ensure optimized use of marketing portfolio mix- over the line/under the line channels.</li><li>Ensure and demonstrate marketing ROI.</li><li>Utilization and building of database with appropriate CRM tools</li><li>Brochure and marketing collateral development.</li></ul>Skills and Required Traits<ul><li>Social Media Management, manage the position plan and content creation for all platforms.</li><li>Website management: regular checking and quality control in all content published in website.</li><li>Project management: managing the marketing tasks from QS team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>A degree or master&rsquo;s in business or related qualification</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management</li><li>Strong content creation skills across digital platforms</li><li>Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies</li><li>Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably within the Qatar market</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>Marketing: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>Marketing: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
