Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Medical Management. Primary responsibility for primary care services, acute care services, routine monitoring of chronic conditions.</li><li>
Quality Improvement. Implementing best practices to avoid hospitalizations and emergency department visits and maximize functional improvements and quality of life.</li><li>
Team Support: Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise.</li><li>
Regulatory Compliance.</li></ul><div><br>

Annual compensation ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, based on volume. You are in control of your earning potential.</li><li>
