Position Summary:</b></h3><div>
UltaHost is seeking a highly experienced and strategic <b>Technical Lead</b> to guide the development of our web hosting platform and associated systems. This individual will play a critical leadership role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions while leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, architectural design, and system modernization, including microservices migration.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><div>
Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across backend and frontend systems using <b>Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and Next.js</b>.</div><div>
Design and oversee the migration of legacy monolithic applications to <b>microservices-based architecture</b>.</div><div>
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.</div><div>
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.</div><div>
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and complex bug fixes to maintain high code quality and system reliability.</div><div>
Ensure systems are secure, performant, and compliant with industry standards.</div><div>
Provide oversight and optimization of databases including <b>MongoDB and MySQL</b>.</div><div>
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical roadmaps.</div><div>
Drive enhancements to our <b>WHMCS integration</b> and core <b>web hosting infrastructure</b>.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications:</b></h3><div><b>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</b> in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</div><div>
Minimum of <b>5 years of experience</b> in a technical leadership role within a software development environment.</div><div>
Proven hands-on experience with <b>Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js</b>, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.</div><div>
Strong architectural knowledge of <b>monolithic and microservices systems</b>, including successful migration experience.</div><div>
Solid expertise with <b>MongoDB, MySQL</b>, and data modeling best practices.</div><div>
Demonstrated experience with <b>WHMCS</b>, <b>web hosting platforms</b>, and associated technologies.</div><div>
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.</div><div>
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Competencies:</b></h3><div>
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)</div><div>
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.</div><div>
Understanding of API security, authentication protocols, and distributed system challenges.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
