Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site.</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.</li><li>Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.</li><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures.</li><li>Organize and conduct toolbox talks, safety drills, and training programs for site personnel.</li><li>Maintain safety documentation including permits, inspection reports, and training records.</li><li>Ensure use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers and visitors.</li><li>Liaise with government agencies, clients, and contractors on safety-related matters.</li><li>Participate in emergency response planning and implementation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local safety laws, codes, and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in incident investigation and report writing.</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>A stable position in a growing company.</li><li>A competitive salary package in UAE Dirhams.</li><li>Medical insurance, paid leave, accommodation, transportation, meals, and additional benefits.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
