Logistics Job Description:1. Extracting the stock reports from system and checking the stock situation as permonthly schedule2. Sending stock order inquiries to supplier3. Checking the quotations from suppliers, making comparisons and negotiatewherever necessary4. Confirming the orders with suppliers5. Updating the pending orders in system6. Keeping a track of orders/delivery time and follow on time for deliveries7. Checking the sea freight/air freight/courier options with forwarders and negotiateand arrange the shipments8. Follow with forwarders for shipment until it delivers to the warehouse9. Coordinating with clearing agent and provide necessary documents for clearanceof sea freight and air freight shipments10. Updating the system once orders delivered to the warehouse.11. Sending special sales persons inquiries to suppliers and provide the item cost, airfreight/ courier cost and delivery times to sales team12. Filling all order papers/ custom documents properly once orders completed anddeliveredUpdated Skill Requirement:<ul><li>Have knowledge of order processing.</li><li>Generating / extracting product reports from system.</li><li>Should have good experience to work in excel / spread sheets.</li><li>Inquiry to suppliers.</li><li>Communicating, co-ordinating with buyer / supplier.</li><li>Checking suppliers quotations.</li><li>Placing orders to suppliers.</li><li>Order entry in system.</li><li>Follow-up of orders with suppliers.</li><li>Logistical part (arranging shipments)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;200,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
