Entry level job at a fully staffed clinic.Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Provide administrative support to the chiropractor, including maintaining patient records and handling billing and insurance claims - Assist with patient intake, including taking vitals and updating medical history - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient carePlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
