About the Company: We are a 15-year-old engineering company providing turnkey solutions in Cleanroom, HVAC, and Allied Engineering Services. We&rsquo;re growing fast and looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle complete HR operations and strengthen our team culture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end HR functions &ndash; recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes.</li><li>Handle employee engagement, performance management, and compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with department heads for hiring and manpower planning.</li><li>Maintain employee data and ensure smooth communication across teams.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.</li><li>7+ years&rsquo; experience in HR operations, preferably in engineering or manufacturing setup.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Dynamic work environment with long-term stability.</li><li>Opportunity to lead HR initiatives in a growing organization.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
