&zwj;<div><p>We are looking for a creative and hands-on <b>Mid to Senior Graphic Designer</b> who can support both <b>shoot production and digital creative execution</b> across Ultra Codes and Tech Bazaar. The role focuses on creating impactful static designs, supporting on-set creative requirements, and handling post-production to deliver high-quality visual content for marketing and branding.</p>
&zwj;<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<p><b>1. Creative Collaboration &amp; Shoot Support</b></p>
<ul><li>Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams during photoshoots and video shoots.</li>
<li>Assist in planning visual direction, shot ideas, and creative execution on set.</li>
<li>Ensure brand alignment during production for both Ultra Codes and Tech Bazaar.</li>
</ul><p><b>2. Static &amp; Digital Creative Design</b></p>
<ul><li>Design high-quality static creatives for:
<ul><li>Social media posts &amp; campaigns</li>
<li>Marketing advertisements</li>
<li>Brand awareness content</li>
<li>Promotional visuals for both companies</li>
</ul></li><li>Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs.</li>
</ul><p><b>3. Post-Production &amp; Editing</b></p>
<ul><li>Handle post-production tasks including:
<ul><li>Video editing and sequencing</li>
<li>Color correction and grading</li>
<li>Sound syncing and enhancement</li>
<li>Adding motion elements where required</li>
</ul></li><li>Ensure polished, professional output for all marketing content.</li>
</ul><p><b>4. Creative Execution</b></p>
<ul><li>Convert ideas, concepts, and shoot material into engaging visual content.</li>
<li>Develop thumbnails, posters, banners, and campaign visuals.</li>
<li>Ensure content is visually strong, modern, and audience-engaging.</li>
</ul><p><b>5. Quality &amp; Consistency</b></p>
<ul><li>Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.</li>
<li>Ensure visual consistency between Ultra Codes and Tech Bazaar branding guidelines.</li>
<li>Take ownership of final output quality before publishing.</li>
</ul><p><b>6. Innovation &amp; Support</b></p>
<ul><li>Suggest creative ideas for shoots, campaigns, and content strategies.</li>
<li>Stay updated with modern design trends and editing techniques.</li>
<li>Support team in improving overall creative direction and output.</li>
</ul><p><b>Required Skills &amp; ExpertiseDesign &amp; Creative Skills</b></p>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of <b>graphic design principles</b> (typography, composition, color theory)</li>
<li>Ability to create modern, clean, and engaging social media creatives</li>
<li>Strong visual storytelling skills</li>
<li>Experience working on marketing campaigns is a plus</li>
