OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and organized General Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing essential administrative support across various departments. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to handle a wide range of clerical and customer service tasks. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop valuable office management experience while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide customer service support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns</li><li>Assist with personal tasks and act as a personal assistant to office manager or executive staff</li><li>Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using Microsoft Office applications and specialized software such as QuickBooks</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring confidential information is handled securely and efficiently</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping</li><li>Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal assistant duties as needed</li><li>Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning and faxing</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client communication efforts</li><li>Assist with supply fulfillment for our organization</li><li>Clean, organize and manage office, print rooms, boardroom and office supply storage</li><li>Must be able to work with minimum supervision</li><li>Able to lift 20 lbs.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy for various administrative tasks preferred</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping purposes preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone support and client interaction</li><li>Demonstrated clerical experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times</li></ul>Join us as a General Office Clerk to play a key role in maintaining an efficient office environment while developing your administrative expertise.
