 Presales Solutions Consultant Advanced &ndash; Manufacturing Operations Thread
 
 
 
 Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Solution Consultant to support our Life Science, Consumer Products &amp; Retail, and Energy &amp; Utilities industry customers.In this client-facing role, you will work closely with our Sales team to provide technical assistance and expertise to direct customers.
 
 
 As Presales Solution Consultant, you will lead value-based conversations, assessments, and demonstrations that address manufacturing operations and production optimization considerations. By adopting innovative technologies and managing cross-functional interfaces, our customers will reduce operational costs while maintaining production quality and efficiency. Your understanding of manufacturing simulation processes and customer needs will allow you to deliver prescriptive solutions through presentations and software demonstrations.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deepen your understanding of regulated process industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, and Food &amp; Beverage industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct tailored technical presentations and demos that focus on business value for manufacturing operations optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Map customer requirements to Siemens' capabilities and solve problems using our products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prototype customer processes within Siemens' software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead customer workshops and consultatively assist in technical conversations and customer adoption of our solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the technical point of contact during evaluation and demonstration periods, bridging the gap between customers and internal engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Presales and Sales, including presentations, demonstrations, assessments, benchmarks, ROI analysis, project roadmaps, and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel to client locations throughout North America and globally for onsite visits and workshops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous improvement of Siemens&rsquo; technical presentations and software demonstrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Transfer industry knowledge to sales professionals and other solution consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product capabilities and communicate gaps to Product Development.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Background/Skills, Education And Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software and customer manufacturing processes in production optimization and factory
 </li>
 <li>

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

 <li>
 Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 <li>
 High level of initiative, teamwork, flexibility, willingness to learn.

 Ability to travel up to 50%, with a varying travel schedule depending on needs of the business.

 Technical experience in application development, solution engineering, presales, or consulting services in regulated process industries, such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, and Food &amp; Beverage industries.

 The pay range for this position is $106,100 - $212,200 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
