<div><div>The Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple programs and coordinating efforts to ensure that UTA delivers a quality, on-time, and cost-effective product. They are responsible for coordinating multiple projects that are critical to organizational goals. A Program Manager oversees the entire process and offers strategic guidance to the Director of Operations, while ensuring proper internal and external communications.</div><br>

</div><div><b>Job Duties (Includes but not limited to the below)</b></div><br>

<ul>
<li>Review open action items and project schedules; organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization.</li>
<li>Manage Outside Service POs to support project schedules and on-time delivery</li>
<li>Respond to open customer questions or requests promptly</li>
<li>Facilitate customer engagement and support strategic growth initiatives
</li><li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
</li><li>Review customer orders, order changes and request for quotes</li>
<li>Facilitate team coordination and communication through team status meetings, corrective action collaboration, and one-on-one interface</li>
</ul><ul><li>Build new project schedules as needed with all resources and dates identified.</li>
<li>Plan follow-up meetings with necessary departments
</li><li>Review production status to ensure programs are on track. Discuss any at-risk programs during the production meeting.</li>
<li>Provide UTA management team with a weekly status report on 30-, 60-, and 90-day revenue projections</li>
<li>Attend, participate, and lead as necessary - weekly production and procurement team meetings</li>
<li>Compile and review customer financial and delivery performance</li>
<li>Review WIP costs for accuracy and take action if WIP targets are not being met.

Qualifications</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>5 years&rsquo; experience in the Aerospace industry
</li><li>5 years&rsquo; experience working with ERP systems (preferably Epicor)</li>
<li>Experience managing operational customer support teams
</li><li>Must have related experience in both distribution and CNC machining
</li><li>Strong understanding of procurement activities
</li><li>Strong understanding of quoting activities
</li><li>Strong understanding of project management
</li><li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
</li><li>Embraces multi-tasking
</li><li>Must have a positive, &ldquo;can do&rdquo; attitude
</li><li>Motivated, self-starter- must take on new roles and responsibilities as needed
</li><li>Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office 365
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.</li></ul><br>
