Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Administrative Support: Update employee records, maintain databases, and Filing HR documents.</li><li>Recruitment Assistance: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and post job advertisements on various platforms.</li><li>Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing workstations and coordinating orientation programs.</li><li>Employee Relations: Address employee queries, assist in resolving issues, and support employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as developing training materials or improving HR policies and procedures.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in data handling and reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 1 monthPay: &#8377;6,000.00 - &#8377;8,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
