Ultradent, an award-winning, global dental manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced, talented Global Marketing Analyst to join our team. The <b>Global Marketing Analyst</b> will be responsible for not only facilitating access to complex marketing data, but translating it into actionable insights that drive performance across the organization. This role will be a key contributor to global marketing strategy, so we are searching for a confident, analytical team player who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions.</p><ul><li>
Lead advanced marketing analytics and reporting across multiple channels, including social, email, print, video, web, and emerging platforms</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics and reporting needs across regional and cross-functional teams</li><li>
Analyze campaign performance, web analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities</li><li>
Design, develop, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives</li><li>
Conduct keyword research, SEO/SEM analysis, and content performance evaluations to inform acquisition strategies</li><li>
Partner with stakeholders to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance optimization decisions</li><li>
Generate executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations</li><li>
Drive improvements in data quality, attribution methodologies, and reporting efficiency</li><li>
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members</li><li>
Support program and project coordination, including managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment</li><li>
Operate with minimal supervision, independently resolving complex analytical and reporting challenges</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL NEED TO SUCCEED AS A GLOBAL MARKETING ANALYST:</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field is ideal</li><li>
5&ndash;8 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related discipline is ideal</li><li>
Strong proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta analytics, Asana, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and event management platforms</li><li>
Experience analyzing multi-channel campaigns and translating insights into actionable strategies</li><li>
Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders</li><li>
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Proven ability to influence decision-making across teams</li><li>
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
WHAT WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:</b></h3><ul><li>
Power BI and/or GA4 (Google Analytics 4) certifications preferred</li><li>
MBA or other advanced degree with a focus on marketing, analytics, business strategy, or a related field preferred</li><li>
Project management or agile certification (e.g., PMP or CSM) preferred</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills</li><li>
Proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement</li></ul><p></p><p>
