While we don&rsquo;t rely solely on AI, we do believe it can spark new ideas.If you're passionate about creating engaging online experiences, eager to tackle new challenges, and ready to grow alongside a forward-thinking company in a fast-paced environment, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create new product listings on Shopify and similar platforms.</li><li>Optimize existing product listings and collections.</li><li>Research and implement SEO keywords to improve website performance.</li><li>Create and assist with e-commerce campaigns, including newsletters, SMS marketing, and push notifications.</li><li>Assist with WordPress landing page development and troubleshoot technical website issues.</li><li>Compose and publish content for the company&rsquo;s website and social media accounts.</li><li>Collaborate with the Creative Director on copywriting for printed materials.</li><li>Handle general administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>RequirementsExperience:<ul><li>2+ years of experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Etsy.</li><li>2+ years of experience with CRM/CMS platforms such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo.</li><li>2+ years of experience with SEO analytics tools like SEMrush.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent copywriting skills with good grammar. (50-60WPM+)</li><li>Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.</li><li>Highly organized, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.</li><li>Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.</li><li>A creative background with photography and experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (we do not use Canva but are open to it).</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with market research techniques and databases.</li></ul>Education:A college degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant creative field is preferred but not required.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
