Overview: Uma Marine is seeking a dedicated and skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives across key international markets &mdash; Hong Kong, Dubai, and Singapore. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to represent the company effectively during overseas business trips.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products/services in international markets.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows in Hong Kong, Dubai, and Singapore.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors in assigned regions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns tailored for each market.</li><li>Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and ROI from international campaigns.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in the global market.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives across all international marketing efforts.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to international markets.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of global marketing trends and cultural nuances.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore).</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in B2B marketing or export promotion.</li><li>Knowledge of regional business environments in Asia and the Middle East.</li><li>Multilingual abilities will be an advantage.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.</li><li>Travel allowances and other benefits as per company policy.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Health insurance and annual bonus.</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement and professional development within Uma Marine.</li></ul>Application Instructions: Please submit your resume your qualifications.
