 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 System Admin Supervisor
 
 to lead and manage the organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure and system administration functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficient operation of all IT systems while supervising the system administration team.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and manage daily operations of the system administration team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus systems, and access controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in compliance with company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and backups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are tested and updated regularly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, support, and maintenance contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and incidents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare system performance and security reports for management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical guidance and training to IT staff and end-users.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7 years of experience in system administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with network infrastructure, firewalls, and cybersecurity practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
 </li>
