 As we grow, we&rsquo;re looking for a talented, creative, and organised Social Media Manager to manage both platforms&rsquo; digital presence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social channels for UmrahBookings (B2B) and UmrahBeds (B2C).
 
 
 This role requires creativity, consistency, and a deep understanding of online engagement.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams &mdash; and learn alongside industry experts in the Umrah sector.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Content Creation &amp; Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage content calendars for both B2B and B2C platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily posting across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Growth &amp; Engagement
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond to inquiries and engage with followers
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive organic growth through trends, campaigns, and partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage communities, including WhatsApp channels
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Strategy &amp; Analytics
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop creative campaign ideas aligned with company goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyse performance metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggest strategies to improve engagement and conversions
 </li>

 B2C Platform Launch &ndash; UmrahBeds
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 You will play a key role in:

 Building awareness ahead of the launch
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating content tailored to pilgrims
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting early acquisition through social funnels
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years experience in social media management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook &amp; LinkedIn
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create or coordinate basic visuals and short-form video content
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be based in Jeddah
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the travel, hospitality, or Umrah industry is a huge advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic is a plus but not required
 </li>
