Job DescriptionUntold Media is a fast-growing creative production company based in Arizona, focused on high-performing social media content for brands across multiple industries.We&rsquo;re currently looking for a Short-Form Video Editor to join our team and help bring engaging, story-driven content to life across platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.This role is perfect for someone who wants consistent work, creative variety, and the opportunity to grow alongside a production company that&rsquo;s actively expanding.What You&rsquo;ll Work OnYou&rsquo;ll be editing content for a variety of clients and industries, including:<ul><li>Outdoor and adventure brands (hiking, rafting, mountain biking)</li><li>Medical and healthcare content (educational + testimonial-based)</li><li>Real estate and lifestyle content</li><li>Brand storytelling and social media campaigns</li></ul>No two projects are the same &mdash; we prioritize creative freedom, storytelling, and performance-driven edits.Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit short-form vertical videos (15&ndash;60 seconds)</li><li>Add captions, motion graphics, and basic sound design</li><li>Follow brand style while bringing your own creative input</li><li>Turn around edits in a timely manner</li><li>Collaborate with our team for feedback and revisions</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience editing short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)</li><li>Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention</li><li>Ability to work efficiently and hit deadlines</li><li>Basic knowledge of trends and social media formats</li><li>Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software</li></ul>Bonus if you:<ul><li>Have worked with brands or agencies</li><li>Understand storytelling beyond just cuts and transitions</li><li>Have a really good understanding of how social media algorithms work</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$20&ndash;$30/hour (flexible based on experience)</li><li>Opportunity to structure pay per project/video over time</li><li>Consistent work available as we scale</li></ul>Why Work With Us<ul><li>Work on a wide range of creative projects across industries</li><li>Be part of a growing production company with real momentum</li><li>Flexible schedule and fully remote work</li><li>Opportunity for long-term collaboration and growth</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease include:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Portfolio or examples of short-form edits</li><li>A brief note about your editing style and experience</li></ul>(Optional but encouraged) Tell us what makes a short-form video perform well in your opinion.Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
