We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer with experience creating sales training, leadership development training and/or onboarding to design and develop engaging learning experiences that align with our clients&rsquo; business needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and Development:<ul>
<li>Design and develop a variety of learning experiences, including eLearnings, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and assessments</li>
<li>Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience, including video, audio, simulations, gamification and AI</li>
<li>Collaborate with production team to bring learning experiences to life</li>
</ul>Client Engagement:<ul>
<li>Conduct thorough project discovery to understand client&rsquo;s business objectives and implement creative solutions</li>
<li>Effectively collaborate with subject matter experts and other key client stakeholders</li>
<li>Develop deep understanding of various clients, learners, and industries</li>
<li>Demonstrate partnership, innovation, and expertise when interacting with clients</li>
</ul>Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>
Evaluate and improve learning experiences based on feedback and data analysis</li></ul>
Project Management:<ul>
<li>Meet project milestones and deadlines
</li><li>Proactively communicate impediments to progress</li>
</ul>Required Skills<ul><li>
Excellent writing skills and creativity</li></ul><ul>
<li>Strong personal accountability and adaptability</li>

</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>5 years of experience in learning experience design and development</li>
<li>Proficiency with learning management systems and content development tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models</li>
<li>Experience designing and developing sales training, leadership development training, onboarding or related programs.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field preferred</li>
