Identifying trends and interpreting them based on client needs&middot; Ability to identify voids in customer assortments and identify white space.&middot; Entrepreneurial drive tempered by judgment and strong leadership skills&middot; Superior organizational and communication skills&middot; Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous&middot; Proficient knowledge of fashion costume jewelry construction&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree&middot; 3 - 5 years of experience in costume jewelry, accessories, and/or hair goods merchandising or buying; relevant experience in categories&middot; Highly proficient in Microsoft Office&middot; Able to travel both domestically and internationally&middot; CAD and Photoshop experience a plus&middot;Job Details:&middot; Drive merchandising strategy and assortment plans for merchandise category and channel, by delivery to achieve the right balance of key items/fashion/basics, fit, value, price point, SKU count and volume; collaborate on concept development with Design to ensure assortment meets cost structure(s)&middot; Think creatively about packaging and presentation&middot; Analyze product performance, market conditions and feedback from customers continuously; update assortment, identify and suggest opportunities based on analysis; research trends, trend spotting, and interpret trends based on how they relate to the customer.&middot; Partner with Design, Production, and Sales to ensure execution to time-and-action calendar and timely delivery of goods, sales growth, and attainment of margin goals; raise/identify quality and technical issues and suggest solutions; contribute to category forecasting and ensure progress toward established financial goals.&middot; Present line to supervisors; actively participate in review meetings, including edits, board review, pre-costing, line reviews, adoption, and post-market review.&middot; Communicate and follow up with internal and external constituents around the world, including customers, suppliers, vendors and licensors, where applicable; assist with problem solving as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>more than 3 years' experience in Fashion merchandising </li><li>CAD and Photoshop experience a plus</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
