What You&rsquo;ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Bartender, you&rsquo;ll be at the forefront of our bar, showcasing your skills while creating memorable experiences for every guest. You&rsquo;ll craft a variety of cocktails, from timeless classics to innovative creations, using high-quality ingredients and techniques. With strong multitasking abilities, extensive cocktail knowledge, and a warm, engaging personality, you&rsquo;ll provide exceptional service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your creativity and passion for mixology will shine as you design signature drinks that elevate the guest experience. This is a dynamic opportunity to bring energy, flair, and hospitality to our upscale Tex-Mex restaurant.
What You&rsquo;ll Bring (Requirements):<ul><li>
A minimum of 1 year&rsquo;s Bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting, required.</li><li>
Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate&rsquo;s or a bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in POS systems.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.</li><li>
Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.</li><li>
Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.</li><li>
Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.</li></ul>
