<div><b>UN</b><b>COMN </b>is seeking an <b>Accounting/Finance Clerk (Part-time)</b> to:</div>
</div><ul><li>Process accounts payable transactions.</li>
<li>Process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.</li>
<li>Process accounts receivable transactions and apply incoming payments.</li>
<li>Review accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.</li>
<li>Prepare cash flow reports.</li>
<li>Send timesheet reminders and assist in tracking employee submissions to ensure timely payroll processing.</li>
<li>Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.</li>
<li>**This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must be comfortable coming into the office on an as-needed basis, approximately once per month.</li>

<b>UN</b><b>COMN </b>is seeking a <b>Project Coordinator (Data)</b> to:</div>
<ul><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders and project manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.</li>
<li>Conduct needs analysis, establish engagement specifications, and identify potential solutions to customers&rsquo; business challenges.</li>
<li>Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Contribute to the decomposition of customer goals and objectives to develop plans to realize value.</li>
<li>Write and maintain clear and well-structured project requirements, status reports, and supporting documents.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively, both orally and written, to varied levels of the organization to include technical personnel, business managers, and senior leadership.</li>
<li>Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing.</li>
<li>Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.</li>
<li>Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.</li>
<li>Support creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance.</li>

<b>Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>2+ years of related professional experience.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable meeting DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)/8140 requirements for work role 802, obtaining professional certifications and/or completing training, as required by the client/contract.</li>
<li>Must hold an active DoD secret clearance or higher.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, specifically in engineering, systems management, business management, computer science, information management, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Scrum Master certified through SCRUM Alliance or other Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, etc.).</li>
<li>Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD).</li>
<li>Data experience to include Strategy, Policy, Governance, and Compliance.</li>

<b>UN</b><b>COMN </b>is seeking a <b>Scrum Master (Functional Consultant 2-3)</b> to:
</div><ul><li>Provide Servant Leadership while directing and supporting a broad range of technical efforts.</li>
<li>Partner with Product Leadership and the team to define and deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.</li>
<li>Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.</li>
<li>Engage daily with the Technical Team and Stakeholders to organize, communicate status, and draw attention to identified risks that may affect matters of performance, schedule, and security.</li>
<li>Remove roadblocks for all technical team members, while promoting and coaching the team on the Scrum process and best practices.</li>
<li>Coordinate and facilitate Scrum meetings, such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.</li>

<b>Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>Five (5) or more years of related experience in a professional environment.</li>
<li>Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government as needed, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses <b>13 adjudicative guidelines</b> to determine an individual's eligibility.</li>
<li>Experienced in Agile Methodologies, Scrum, and Lean principles experience in a professional environment.</li>
<li>Experienced using JIRA, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and/or similar collaboration/scheduling tools.</li>
<li>Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.</li>
<li>Support execution of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and milestone tracking.</li>
<li>Prior experience with planning and problem-solving while supporting product management and delivery teams.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working onsite full-time at Naval Station Norfolk or at a designated partner facility within the Norfolk, Hampton, or Virginia Beach area, pending final site establishment.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable meeting DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)/8140 requirements, obtaining professional certifications as required by the client/contract.</li>
</ul>
