Our products are sold in over 25,000 stores nationwide, and our Chocolate Quinoa Crisps are proudly served as a complimentary snack on United Airlines.While we&rsquo;ve grown exponentially in recent years, we believe we&rsquo;re just getting started &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who&rsquo;s excited to help support and accelerate the next phase of our growth.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized Marketing / Executive Assistant with great communication skills to support our marketing team and CEO. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a &ldquo;do-whatever-it-takes&rdquo; startup mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments. You&rsquo;ll play a critical role in updating, organizing and ordering marketing and office materials, serving as a brand ambassador when needed, assisting the CEO with administrative tasks, creating prototypes, managing sample requests, handling customer service and assisting with social media. This position is perfect for a recent college grad, or someone with a few years of marketing support experience interested in breaking into the world of food CPG. It is full-time, in person and candidates must live within a 40 minute drive of our factory in East Hanover, NJ.Key Responsibilities&middot; Oversee and track sample requests.&middot; Assemble and oversee shipping of influencer kits and samples.&middot; Coordinate tradeshow, meetings and event logistics, packing, samples and shipping.&middot; Coordinate travel for executives, sales and marketing teams.&middot; Manage, organize and order marketing supplies and materials.&middot; Manage, respond to and track customer service emails.&middot; Act as a brand ambassador for regional events.&middot; Some travel to attend trade shows and other events when needed.&middot; Assist in creating packaging and product prototypes.&middot; Assist in managing and updating internet, ecommerce, and website product listings&middot; Support internal process organization (organize image libraries, forms, trackers, folders, systems)&middot; Handle special projects in support of the CEO, sales, and marketing teams.&middot; Manage event paperwork.&middot; Assist the social media director with filming and content when needed.&middot; Occasional errands to support CEO, Sales and Marketing teams.Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail-oriented self-starter who is able to get things done with minimal direction.</li><li>Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.</li><li>Resourceful and proactive &mdash; comfortable wearing many hats as the business evolves.</li><li>Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to move things forward.</li><li>Enjoys working in fast paced, startup environment with lots of quick pivots and fast learning required as the business grows.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Positive, upbeat, enthusiastic team-oriented attitude.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook and PowerPoint</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field preferred</li><li>Nimble, adaptable, and comfortable with change in a high-growth environment</li><li>Comfortable navigating and mastering various online portals, and learning the backend of our website.</li><li>Genuine interest in marketing and joining a CPG food company.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and paid time off</li><li>Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)</li><li>Casual, friendly, fast-paced startup environment</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with leadership, have a real impact on company growth and gain insight into what it takes to launch and run an international better-for-you snack brand.</li><li>Endless quantities of delicious, better-for-you chocolate snacks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
