Job Purpose:The Kitchen Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the kitchen sales team in achieving sales targets through efficient coordination, quotation preparation, order follow-up, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments. The role ensures all sales operations related to kitchen projects are handled accurately and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to confirm design specifications, measurements, and materials.</li><li>Liaise with the design and production teams to ensure drawings and layouts meet client requirements.</li><li>Maintain an updated record of inquiries, quotations, and confirmed orders.</li><li>Track project timelines and delivery schedules, ensuring smooth execution.</li></ul>Customer Relations<ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.</li><li>Provide after-sales support by coordinating installation schedules and resolving issues.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.</li><li>Manage documentation such as LPOs, contracts, and invoices.</li><li>Ensure all sales data is accurately entered in the system (ERP/CRM).</li></ul>Internal Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of kitchen materials and accessories.</li><li>Work closely with the accounts team for payment follow-ups and credit approvals.</li><li>Support the marketing team with kitchen exhibitions, samples, and promotional materials.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in kitchen sales.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.</li><li>Basic knowledge of kitchen layouts, materials, and fittings is an advantage.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Customer service orientation</li><li>Team collaboration</li><li>Time management and follow-through</li><li>Problem-solving and adaptability</li><li>Professional presentation and communication</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Job Title: HR Recruiter &ndash; Restaurants &amp; Caf&eacute;sDepartment: Human Resources Reports To: HR ManagerJob Summary:The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various restaurant and caf&eacute; positions. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment &mdash; from manpower planning and job posting to onboarding &mdash; ensuring staffing needs are met promptly with high-quality hires aligned to brand and service standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Selection<ul><li>Coordinate with Operations Managers, Chefs, and Outlet Managers to understand manpower requirements.</li><li>Develop and post job advertisements through various online platforms and recruitment channels.</li><li>Source candidates locally and internationally for all restaurant and caf&eacute; positions (FOH, BOH, and support).</li><li>Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.</li><li>Schedule and facilitate final interviews with department heads.</li><li>Conduct reference checks and ensure proper documentation before offer release.</li></ul>2. Hiring &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Coordinate with PRO/HR Admin for visa processing, medical, and onboarding arrangements.</li><li>Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new employees.</li></ul>3. Employer Branding &amp; Talent Pipeline<ul><li>Build a talent pool for future openings across multiple restaurant and caf&eacute; brands.</li><li>Represent the company at job fairs, hospitality institutes, and recruitment events.</li><li>Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and training centers.</li></ul>4.
