Job Title: Maintenance Technician &ndash; Kitchen EquipmentDepartment: Maintenance Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor / Operations Manager Location: Abu DhabiJob Purpose:To ensure all kitchen equipment and facilities in the company&rsquo;s restaurants and caf&eacute;s are properly maintained, repaired, and operating efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities:Equipment Maintenance &amp; Repair:<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, chillers, freezers, dishwashers, and exhaust systems.</li><li>Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to prevent operational delays.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance as per the scheduled plan for all outlets.</li><li>Ensure proper calibration and functioning of temperature-controlled equipment.</li><li>Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new kitchen equipment.</li></ul>Electrical, Plumbing &amp; HVAC Support:<ul><li>Identify and repair minor electrical faults, wiring, and switches related to kitchen machinery.</li><li>Support plumbing repairs for sinks, drains, and water supply in kitchen areas.</li><li>Inspect and maintain exhaust hoods, ducting, and HVAC units serving kitchen zones.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and daily activity reports.</li><li>Report recurring issues, major repairs, or safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.</li><li>Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables used for kitchen equipment.</li></ul>Health, Safety &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Follow all company safety procedures and hygiene standards during maintenance work.</li><li>Ensure all repairs comply with equipment manufacturer guidelines and UAE safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with outlet managers to schedule maintenance during non-peak hours.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience as a Kitchen or Equipment Technician in restaurants, catering companies, or hotels.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems.</li><li>Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment schematics.</li><li>Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.</li><li>Good problem-solving and time management skills.</li><li>Team player with attention to detail and safety awareness.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Maintenance Technician – Kitchen Equipment

Job Summary:The Building Watchman is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and proper upkeep of the building premises. The role involves monitoring entry and exit points, preventing unauthorized access, reporting incidents, and assisting in maintaining a safe environment for staff, tenants, and visitors.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and control entry and exit of visitors, vehicles, and staff.</li><li>Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas to ensure safety and prevent theft, vandalism, or damage.</li><li>Check doors, windows, gates, and equipment to ensure they are secure after working hours.</li><li>Respond to alarms or disturbances and report any suspicious activity immediately.</li><li>Maintain a daily log of activities, observations, and incidents.</li><li>Assist in emergencies such as fire, evacuation, or first aid situations.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance or housekeeping teams for any observed issues (lighting, leaks, hazards, etc.).</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the watchman&rsquo;s post and security areas.</li><li>Verify that deliveries and service providers entering the premises are properly authorized.</li><li>Support administrative duties such as logging visitor details or issuing access passes.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Prior experience as a watchman or security guard preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of security systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.).</li><li>Good communication and observation skills.</li><li>Physically fit and alert at all times.</li><li>Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.</li><li>Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED900.00 - AED1,100.00 per month

Job Title: Accounts and Admin Assistant &ndash; Maintenance &amp; Logistics DepartmentDepartment: Maintenance &amp; Logistics Reporting to: Accounts Manager / Operations Manager Location: Abu DhabiJob Purpose:To provide accounting and administrative support to the Maintenance and Logistics departments by maintaining accurate financial records, handling documentation, coordinating staff activities, and ensuring efficient daily operations.Key Responsibilities: Accounting Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record daily expenses, purchases, and service transactions related to maintenance and logistics operations.</li><li>Prepare supplier payment requests, petty cash vouchers, and reimbursement claims.</li><li>Maintain and update expense tracking reports for fuel, vehicle maintenance, and spare parts.</li><li>Assist in verifying supplier invoices and coordinating with vendors for timely payment.</li><li>Prepare monthly summaries of departmental expenses and submit to Accounts Department.</li><li>Support with bank reconciliations and audit documentation when required.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain attendance and overtime records for maintenance and logistics staff.</li><li>Coordinate with HR for staff documentation, leave applications, and ID renewals.</li><li>Maintain records of vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Track asset movement (tools, equipment, vehicles) and update logs accordingly.</li><li>Prepare and maintain departmental files, memos, and correspondence.</li><li>Handle purchase requests and quotations for maintenance materials and spare parts.</li><li>Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance and delivery activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years of experience in accounting and administration, preferably in maintenance, logistics, or construction sectors.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP).</li><li>Excellent organizational and coordination skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage).</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Based at the company&rsquo;s main office or site as required.</li><li>May require coordination across multiple branches or sites.</li><li>Standard working hours with occasional overtime during reporting or inspection periods.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
